No Show and Late Cancel Policy

Effective 06/09/25

• Established patients who cancel with less than 24 hour notice or do not show up on time or at all for scheduled appointments 3 or more times over a 6 month period, will be considered for discharge from the practice.
• We will try to send a letter to the address on file for each late cancel or no show incident but you will still be accountable for the missed or late cancelled visit.
• Those who are at risk of discharge will be offered to attend a No Show/Late Cancel meeting before reinstatement.

If you are discharged, you are entitled to 30 days of emergency care from the date of last missed/late cancelled appointment.

New Patient No Show and Late Cancel Policy

• New patients who cancel with less than 24 hour notice or do not show up on time or at all for scheduled appointments 2 times over a 6 month period, will not be allowed to reschedule for 1 year.
